Also, what is a strategy to get the best deal without get ripped off? i cant help u with the strategy but if u wanna get signed perfrom somewhere like a club,any where u can if u get noticed then ur lucky

its a lot of luck. You have to play gigs and keep playin them. Send demos to companies(but most of the time they dont even bother). Go to the companies ur self and try and set an app. It is a lot of luck tho.References :
